Electromagnetic Induction Welding Machine
Electromagnetic induction welding connects plastics using heat from electromagnetic induction. An induction coil is set in the welding area. When alternating current passes through, a magnetic field is generated. Plastic parts with conductive substances generate induced currents. Due to the part's resistance, the current creates heat, making the welding part melt quickly. With pressure, the molten plastics merge and form a firm weld joint after cooling.
