Debugging ultrasonic welding machine

Install the ultrasonic welding machine first：

1、To ensure safe maneuvering, the welder must be reliably grounded and the resistance to ground must be less than 4 ohms. 　　

2、The welding machine should be settled on a sturdy, level workbench. A space greater than 150mm should be left behind the machine to allow for ventilation and heat dissipation. 　

3、Plug each end of the three-strand control cord into the three-prong socket on the rear of the welder and tighten the nut.　

4、Wipe the contact surface between the upper welding mold and the ultrasonic vibration head clean, use the screws to connect, use the random special wrench to lock, the locking force distance is 25 Newton/meter.

5、Connect the air line from the outside air source to the air filter of the welding machine.

6、Lock the four screws on the elevation to hold the ultrasonic head in place, but do not use excessive force to avoid slipping teeth.

In order to develop the use of ultrasonic welding machine effect, the maintenance of ultrasonic welding machine function and safe production, each time the use of the machine or replace the welding mold, must be adjusted to the ultrasonic welding machine vibration system and vibration system vibration degree, so the sonic detection program is very important.

1、Before testing, the upper welding mold and ultrasonic vibration head must be tightly locked, maintenance on the welding mold do not touch the workpiece.

2、Turn on the power switch, at this time the power indicator light is on.

3、Open the door of the side panel.

4、Press the selector switch to the sound wave detection position, observe the indication value of the amplitude meter, each time the sound wave detection switch can not be pressed continuously for more than 3 seconds.

5、Rotate the sonic detection screws so that the amplitude meter pointer is in the low scale value position. Note: The ammeter pointer can be adjusted to 1A scale value below, and ensure that the low scale position, the welding machine vibration system and vibration system spectrum vibration good.
