Pallet Welding Machine

It melts the surfaces of the upper and lower plastic trays through the heated hot plate. Subsequently, the hot plate is rapidly retracted, and the upper motor exerts pressure to fuse the upper and lower products. Finally, they cool and solidify. The machine employs precise control methods such as servo motor control, featuring high welding accuracy and excellent stability.

This equipment has been applied in the plastic welding of pallets and stackers, with welding in 4 temperature   control areas;

The equipment has been adjusted specifically according to the structure of plastic to achieve better welding    results;

It can pre-store 10 sets of welding procedures, and the data interface can be linked with the production line for operation;

Equipped with a human-machine interface, and the operation in both Chinese and English is more intuitive;

Adopts AirTAC cylinders;

The overall square tube and sheet metal of the machine are welded to enhance the overall rigidity and ensure more stable operation;

The production cycle is about 60 seconds;

The fixture fixation of the equipment adopts simple, fast and reliable fixation methods such as positioning pins, without the need for special tools;

The pneumatic and sensor parts of the equipment fixture are designed with quick plug-in and unplug;

The quick mold change time is 10-15 minutes;

 

 

Electrical Layout

The equipment fixture has sensor recognition. If the PLC model selected is different from the current fixture, it will alarm;
